Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Boscelli, a goal-based financial planning tool operated by PixOpus LLC (“PixOpus,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Boscelli, you agree to these Terms.

Boscelli is a planning tool, not a financial advisor. Projections are estimates and should not be relied upon as financial advice.

Boscelli helps you define financial goals, link the accounts building toward them, and see forward-looking projections of whether you are on track.

Boscelli is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or tax advisor, and it is not a member of SIPC or any similar organization. Nothing in Boscelli constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer of any financial product. Projections are estimates based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions described on our Methodology page; they do not guarantee any outcome. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting.

You may connect Boscelli to a third-party AI assistant (such as Claude) so it can read your plan and proposechanges to your goals and accounts. Any such assistant runs on your own account with that provider, under that provider's terms; Boscelli does not control its responses. A connected assistant can never change your data on its own — every proposed change is held for your review and takes effect only when you approve it in Boscelli. You remain solely responsible for the changes you approve and for your financial decisions. Boscelli does not provide advice through these assistants; they are a convenience for interacting with the same planning tool. A connected assistant may also say things that go beyond your Boscelli plan — general comments or suggestions about jobs, investments, taxes, or other money matters. Anything it says is generated by your AI provider, not by Boscelli; it is not advice from Boscelli, and Boscelli neither produces nor endorses it. Boscelli's role is limited to the plan data its tools return and the changes you approve.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining the security of your account. Boscelli relies on manual data entry; the quality of your projections depends on keeping your balances and figures current.

We retain the information you enter for as long as your account is active, so your plan is there when you return. Boscelli is free while in beta, so there is no subscription to cancel.

You may delete your entire account and all associated data at any time from the Household page. For safety, deletion uses a 30-day grace period: your account is scheduled for deletion and you may cancel within those 30 days, after which the data is permanently and irreversibly erased. You may also request deletion by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it is stored.

You agree to use Boscelli only for lawful, personal financial planning purposes, and not to attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.

Boscelli is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any level of uptime or availability, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability of the service or for any loss of data outside our reasonable control.

Boscelli is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that projections will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixOpus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, Boscelli and its projections.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Boscelli after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
